FIT Will Keep You In Shape

There are many people who want to lose weight or just keep in good shape. And even when it comes to fitness, new technologies are making the process more enjoyable and sometimes even humorous as well.
Perhaps one of the best known devices in the past year is Nintendo’s Wii-Fit that allows you to do various exercises through a series of mini-games. However, for those who prefer real outdoor exercise, then the device called FIT might help a lot. It’s a small handy device that looks like an iPhone, but as TechBlog reports it’s especially designed to help you with exercises and loss fat diet plans.
This fitness computer features an mp3 player as well so your fitness routine can also be accompanied by music. According to Next-Gen PC Design that’s not the only thing that FIT offers.
This device will reduce the time required for keeping track of your fitness and diet plan regiment. Using Windows Vista software, the FIT will provide exercises and diet plans, allowing the user to achieve their fitness goals. A unique component of this device is the ability to track calorie burn by heart rate and graph the users’ progress. If the fitness plan is not followed, the device will adjust diet to keep the user from consuming too many calories. If more exercise is achieved, the opposite will occur, with increasing calorie intake.
Pricing is not yet available, but considering that fitness is pretty popular these days then many people will take interest in fitness computers too.
